[ It's a brief memo from Vyonation's VP of Data Collection, Leslie Koltuv, illustrating their new strategy for the algorithmic data mining of neural implants. This strategy would collect a number of search strings that would illustrate an image of potential buying habits among different classes of New Amsterdam citizens. The goal of this project isn't to collect purchases made, but potential purchases and thought streams that lead to a consumer buying habits of a "non-purchase." The memo is void of humanity, and straight to the point.
